Mary Rebecca Delgado engaged in identity theft, workers compensation fraud, falsifying documents, defrauding the state of California and tax payers by obtaining monies and other forms of assistance by the Federal government and the State of California using another persons identity.

Recently:

Mary Rebecca Delgado (birth name) was brought to the attention of State and Federal authorities after having been discovered to be illegally using another woman’s identity (Rebeca Coronado) to defraud the State of California and the IRS as well as other State and Federal agencies for monetary gains.

Mary Rebecca Delgado engaged in employment fraud by producing illegal and fraudulent documentation to unsuspecting employers.
Mary Rebecca Delgado is currently employed in California under various names using multiple identities.
Mary Rebecca Delgado is known to sign any name on any documents, legal, court or otherwise, with the intent to defraud and/or submit perjurious information to any agency or court to benefit her own personal agenda.
As of 2019 Mary Rebecca Delgado entered into a conspiracy with other family members and submitted signed and sworn perjurious statements to a Superior Court as “Mary Delgado”… However During those Superior Court proceedings, serious questions and concerns were raised about Mary Rebecca Delgado’s true identity, and those serious concerns were brought before the Judge.
Irrefutable evidence was discovered/uncovered about Mary Rebecca Delgado’s identity theft and identity issues and was produced to the Judge. (See scanned photo of Mary Rebeccas fraudulent identification above as Rebecca Coronado.)
Mary Rebecca Delgado has now again, undeniably, committed perjury and other related offenses spanning multiple states before multiple agencies, courts and jurisdictions.

Its truly more horrifying when it is also considered that Mary is engaging in this deeply criminal behavior while also parading herself as a parent. Like most criminals, Mary probably did not think about how her criminal behaviors affects those around her.

Mary Rebecca Delgado has a long and complicated history that involves criminal conduct, deception, identity theft, fraud, drug abuse and involvement in sexual assault allegations spanning multiple States and Jurisdictions.

According to court records, Mary was arrested and convicted for breaking into a home when the residents were still at home. It was revealed that during this time, Mary was seriously abusing drugs and alcohol and that she was also in custody of her only son at the time. That Adult son, is Jonathan Draco-Torres Delgado. (He is a convicted sexual offender, he sexually offended against his younger sister while his mother was present in the home)
Mary has a notoriously long history of drug use and sexual exploitations of herself dating back to when she was a child. Mary was sexually active as a little girl while she lived in Walla Walla, Washington. Mary was so sexually active as a little girl, that she would sneak out of windows to go and meet neighbors so she could have sexual intercourse with them. It was known to some at the time that Mary’s mother would “pimp Mary out” to other adult men that her mother knew of. There came a time in 1991 when Mary accused Pedro B. Ayala of RAPE. Mary even filed a police report in Farmersville, CA. Pedro B. Ayala vehemently denied ever raping Mary. In fact, Pedro B. Ayala claims to have taken two polygraphs and passed (although that cannot be confirmed). Nevertheless, Mary made the very serious accusation and did so with vivid details about the “multiple nights where Pedro B. Ayala would rape her”. The details Mary gave were so shockingly specific, it seemed hard to not believe her at first listen.
….But there was a huge problem. Nobody believed Mary. To be quite frank, Mary was NOT believed by anyone when she accused her stepfather Pedro B. Ayala of raping her in 1991. Filing a police report about “being raped by Pedro B. Ayala” did nothing for her. As soon as her promiscuous behaviors came to light, it seemed that nobody dared to believe her because she was involved with so many sexual partners as a little girl AND then as a teenager while she resided at her Aunt Elsie’s home in Farmersville, CA.
None of that means that Mary “was not raped” but it’s correct to say there has always been speculation around whether or not Mary was being truthful about herself being “Raped” By Pedro B. Ayala In 1991.

So is Mary just willing to lie about rape for fun? Was Mary mad at the world for some reason and target Pedro B. Ayala with a false accusation? Did Mary herself lie to so many people just because she is actually just a whore and wanted people to be ruined by her horrible allegation? Did Mary have a secret agenda for making such a devastating accusation? Was Mary lying about being raped?

Was Mary R. Delgado telling the truth? Well, let’s review some further information.

Mary Delgado grew up in Walla Walla, Washington until the age of about 13 years old. At that time she lived with her Aunt Elsie Delgado until adulthood and beyond.
Mary has claimed that she has never returned to Walla Walla, WA. Because she says she will “Kill Pete (Pedro Sr.)….the nasty fucker, dog face man who she says Raped her”.
Mary now has an adult son “Jonathan Delgado” who is a convicted sexual offender who is still currently faced with allegations of other sexual related offenses. Mary has been doing her best to assist Jonathan in “evading responsibility” for his crimes for years.
Mary recently filed “public court affidavits” (2019) where she makes horrible and false allegations against her own brother (who has evidence about Jonathan Delgados own crimes) in an attempt to protect her Sex Offender Son JONATHAN DELGADO from any evidence being produced to show her sons guilt in committing sex offenses.
Mary’s son Jonathan Delgado was accused on multiple occasions of sexual related offenses against other young boys in Sacramento, CA. While he was a ward of the State and in group homes.
Mary at one time expressed to her own brother about concerns she had regarding the suggestive behaviors her adult son Jonathan would engage in during “horseplay with her younger son”. During a visit in 2018, Mary’s brother recalled her younger son yelling out “Stop molesting me” before Jonathan Delgado would remove his hands from the boy.
Mary was involved with a man who lived with her who then offended against one of her close family members. That man was convicted and is now also a Sex Offender.
Mary expressed to her brother during a 2018 visit, that she was concerned about whether or not a very young family member had actually lied about being sexually assaulted, and therefore having a possibly innocent man convicted. Mary said the way the young family member expresses herself suggestively made her feel she might have lied about being assaulted.
Mary had serious reservations about initially calling police when her son Jonathan Delgado sexually offended against his own sister. In fact, it was Mary’s brother whom she called first and pleaded to have help in covering it up. Mary’s brother is who made the actual initial phone call to the Avenal, CA. Police to report the incident. Officers still have vivid recollection of the initial call.

Mary has actively tried again and again to cover up sexual related offenses involving her adult son Jonathan Delgado regarding the rape of a 16 year old girl where her son plied the young girl with alcohol and then raped.
Mary was having sexual relations as a teenager, with adult men one of whom just happens to be her adult son Jonathan Delgado’s own father named Ernesto. Although it was illegal/statutory rape, the household “kept it quiet”. Mary’s sexual activities were encouraged.
Mary has other family members who have been accused of Sexual related Offenses.
Mary has another brother who has convictions for sexual related offenses and is now himself a Sex Offender.
One would be curious as to why Mary would let her oldest son Jonathan Delgado back into her home after he was convicted for sexual related offenses again her youngest daughter.

Now, historical information alone doesn’t mean Mary lied about being raped. But one could ponder: “if you lie about one thing….lie about anything….would it not be then assumed that one is now lying about this thing…how could one be believed especially when Mary herself is involved in some serious identity theft AND FRAUD?

Well, let’s take a closer look

Mary Delgado is known to engage in criminal fraudulent/deceptive behaviors in the State of California. Mary recently defrauded the State of California by using “illegal information that included, drivers license information AND Social Security numbers to obtain employment under the name REBECCA CORONADO.
Mary openly stated that she herself was a whore in the past and that she still has sex with some of her superiors while she is at work. Mary has a brother named Jonathan Ricardo who says he has actually seen Mary engaging in various sexual exploitations with multiple hispanic men while she was working at MEADOWLARK in Paso Robles.
Mary was at one point a “Lead” at the work sight where she supervised others…It does seem that in some capacity, Mary “really does work hard”.

According to Mary’s brother Jonathan Ricardo, Mary (along with other family members with similar interests) took it upon themselves to submit a sworn document to the courts in Walla Walla, WA. The documents were filled with blatantly false information that absolutely CANNOT be proven, and its sole design was to try again and silence Mr. Ricardo and his upcoming “tell all book”. Mr. Ricardo stated that he was “Shellshocked by the extensive degree people will go to when trying to shut somebody up”. He goes on: “It’s similar to a coven, its very creepy and disturbing how evil will band together as tightly as a seatbelt to achieve their sinister goals.”

But still, even with Mary’s known deceptive behaviors, does it mean she lied about being raped by Pedro B. Ayala? For transparency, there are allegedly only 3 known people who have direct knowledge of the Rape case and know if Mary R. Delgado had been lying about Rape all along. We will get to that soon. But first, lets take a closer look at who (The accused): Pedro B. Ayala, at one time called Mary a “fucking liar and a whore who will lie about anything”.

Now, this next portion is not intended to make Pedro B. Ayala’s case or Mary Rebecca Delgado’s:

However, what could possibly be considered credible/evidence in a child rape case where:

1. Mary R. Delgado filed a detailed police report about being sexually assaulted by Pedro B. Ayala, in 1991 and the issue was never pressed further by “the victim Mary Rebecca Delgado”?

2. Mary R. Delgado, informed multiple family members throughout her childhood about her “alleged rape” and nobody really did anything about it… ever…?

3. The accused “Pedro B. Ayala” had allegedly (at the time) taken multiple polygraph tests regarding the initial Rape allegation and said that he passed, yet there is absolutely no evidence to support those “polygraphs ever existing”.

4. Despite the detailed police report, charges were never brought forth. Any vivid recolection of events by the child accuser Mary R. Delgado seemingly went nowhere.

5. Mary R. Delgado is now said to be actively protecting her older adult son Jonathan Draco Torres Delgado who is a Sex Offender with a sexual offense conviction in California AND who has admitted to his own uncle that he raped a 16 year old girl at a New Years Eve Party.

6. Mary R. Delgado was initially adamant against reporting her son Jonathan Delgado for his sexual offense against his younger sister.

7. Mary R. Delgado has invited her Sex Offender son Jonathan Draco Torres Delgado to again reside in her home ALONG with his original/initial victim of his initial sexual offense.

8. Mary has knowledge of her adult son being accused of raping a 16 year old girl on New Years Eve. And yet, according to Mary’s own Brother Jonathan Ricardo, Mary has desperately tried to cover it up again.

9. Mary R. Delgado has admitted direct knowledge of her son Jonathan Draco Torres Delgado sexually assaulting his own uncle during a family visit in 2018, and Mary Rebecca Delgado has desperately and vehemently accused Jonathan’s uncle of lying!

10. Mary R. Delgado is aware of her adult son facing serious allegation of sexually assaulting young boys while he was a ward of the State in California in Sacramento County. Mary’s son Jonathan Draco Torres was said to have admitted to these very acts while speaking with his uncle.

11. Mary R. Delgado (according her own brother Jonathan Ricardo) has submitted sworn statements, that are perjurious, blatant lies and completely erroneous to Superior Courts that have been called into question by the respondent.

12. Mary R. Delgado, according to her own brother, is known to supply alcohol to her minor children during birthday parties and other events. Mary’s brother professes to have actual photographs and videos of such conduct, which could essentially spark an investigation regarding Mary’s custody of her remaining children.

13. Mary R. Delgado uses fake names to defraud the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and the State of California as well as State Labor and Industries.

So then, Mary Rebecca Delgado Seemingly does enjoy being a liar and is known to swear on legal documents as to facts and statements that are NOT TRUTHFUL.

Conclusion:
It does seem that Mary R. Delgado has a unique history of behaviors that includes Committing Criminal offenses, fraud, identity theft, deception, manipulation and perjury. She apparently has no issue engaging in these behaviors so long as it suits her own personal agenda and satisfaction.

So, of course when understanding the above IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE about Mary R. Delgado’s deceptive and illegal behaviors, one still has to wonder if she did in-fact also possibly put an innocent man Pedro B. Ayala through so much (possible) personal pain and humiliation over a “possible fake and false Rape allegation.”

Let’s simplify the some points of issue:

Mary has a history of intentionally not being truthful
Mary is known to protect Sex Offenders.
Mary is known to defraud others including Companies for monetary gain.
Mary is known to defraud Governments and the State of California for monetary gain.
Mary is known to withhold evidence connected to Sexual Offenses involving her own son Jonathan Draco Torres Delgado.
The accused, Pedro B. Ayala says he passed not one but two polygraph tests and passed (although there is no evidence of polygraphs ever being administered).
Mary is now known in multiple States and jurisdictions, to submit sworn AND signed documents regardless of truth, or penalty of perjury, with the intent of satisfying her own personal agenda.

Now, on its face:

Mary R. Delgado seems like she has a lot to hide. That sounds like motive enough to swear false documents against anyone that she feels jeopardizes her criminal empire or her adult Sex Offender son who has faced a multitude of sexual assault allegations, in multiple Counties and States., who she has no issue letting back into her home with minor children.

So, did she Also lie about rape as a child in 1991?

BACKSTORY:

Earlier in this article, it was mentioned that only 3 people had what was believed to be “actual knowledge or evidence of whether the “alleged rape” ever took place or not. And now, it is time to reveal those people.

Mary Rebecca Delgado: She is the accuser. At 12 years old, and from Farmersville, California, s
in 1991, she accused her stepfather Pedro B. Ayala of repeatedly raping her as a child in the late 1980’s and into the early 1990’s while they resided at the address: 1825 Melrose Walla Walla, Washington.
Pedro B. Ayala: He is the accused. At the time of the allegation in 1991, he was the stepfather of Mary R. Delgado. During the time frame Mary gave detectives regarding the alleged rape, they resided at: 1825 Melrose Walla Walla, Washington.
Jonathan M. Ricardo: (Formerly Hilario R. Polanco): He is the younger brother of Mary R. Delgado. During the time frame Mary R. Delgado provided to detectives in Farmersville, California, he also did reside at: 1825 Melrose Walla Walla, Washington.
(For transparency, other individuals such as other siblings and a mother did also live in the home at the time of the Rape allegation)

However, to this day in 2019, Only one of the 3 listed individuals above can irrefutably actually give validation to the allegation.

Just a little bit more backstory for historical context.

Hilario R. Polanco was the younger brother of Mary R. Delgado. He lived with Mary at the time of these allegations. Also, at the time, in the home was the mother Arcada S. Ayala, and other siblings as well.

Now, at first read, with many other people in the residence, that appears to be a lot of people in a home at any given moment to not notice a Rape taking place. Thats not to say it isn’t possible, but the likelihood of a rape taking place with that many people becomes a matter of suspicion. But, Mary was adamant that she was raped. Throughout the years, according to those that knew Mary, she never wavered in her allegation about Pedro B. Ayala allegedly Raping her repeatedly.

Marys brother Hilario at the time of the allegation, was a bit of a mixed bag growing up. Hilario was rambunctious and hyperactive with an attention span of a horsefly. Hilario was pretty sporadic and didn’t really have the patience to sit in one place too often. Hilario was 11 years old or so at the time of the Rape allegation. Hilario was as active as anyone could think a child could be. Hilario liked playing with toy cars, toy trains and other toys that he came across. Hilario was also a bit of a loner when it came to engaging with the outside world. Other than his other siblings, friends were non existent in the household. So, Hilario would either play by himself or play with his siblings.

Well, there was one more thing Hilario had an interest in: Music.

Hilario loved music. He would oftentimes run around the house singing to himself. Other times he would hide away and sing to himself alone in a room. Hilario knew he didn’t sound good as a singer but it didn’t stop him from doing it anyways. He enjoyed it to the fullest extent. Sure, other siblings would poke fun at him but it was no big deal, because Hilario liked music and singing regardless. He never let what others say dismay him from a musical moment.

One day all of the siblings were home and the T.V. Was playing MTV and Mary was laying on the couch sucking her thumb and while slurring, she was complaining about Hilario wanting to change the TV channel. Mary’s voice sounded as lispy as ever as she spoke while sucking her thumb at the same time. The home seemed like the usual to the siblings. At that moment no parents were home and Mary was in charge. Mary was usually in charge often while both parents were either working or off on other business. Mary made the siblings food when they were hungry and often helped prepare the other siblings for school.

During the MTV moment while Mary was on the couch, Hilario snuck away to his parents room. Hilarios was always very suspicious of things and also loved to investigate things. But in his parents room, Pedro B Ayala, had an old school “boombox” stereo. Hilario had always loved that stereo. But this time he went into his parents room and began to tinker around with it. And it was at that very moment that Hilario had another opportunity to do something he had not got to do in a long time it seemed. What he was about to do would change everyones life forever, especially his.
Hilario had been lied to often by his parents as well as his siblings. He would always be aware of it bit would tolerate it or go along with it for the sake of company. But Hilario always knew what lying was, what lying did, and when people lied to him. He also learned that people adults too, would stonewall and scorch the earth rather than admit that they were lying about something. Hilario was always amazed by that. Always.

Hilario loved Pedro B. Ayalas stereo and became accustomed to using it whenever he could sneak into the parents room and get to it. It was a few days later that that Hilario and the other siblings were all aware that the parents were going to be working late into the night, and the other parent into the late afternoon. Hilario was excited and so was everybody else because it meant that the house could be a playground. Hilario was more excited about playing with the stereo again. And then… the time came for the parents to be away from the home for extra hours per shift. At the time, Arcada S. Ayala (the mother) worked the day shift and Pedro B. Ayala worked the night shift.

Hilario remembers that It was a sunny day. It was a weekend too. Hilario remembers going into the parents room and actually removing the stereo and taking it into his and his brothers room to tinker around with. All of the other siblings were about the home in some capacity. Hilario was by himself in his room while the other siblings were about the house. Hilario took a breath and slowly began to sing… in that moment, Hilario felt like a superstar. He felt like he was in a place so magical. He didnt care if he was off key or sounded bad, because to him, he sounded amazing in front of the million people he was standing in front of. The delight Hilario felt was so engulfing, it was very apparent that time was standing still. Hilario could hear nothing else bit the roaring crowd and the cheers for him to sing more. And sing more Hilario did! This moment was a special moment that had never happened before… in a cloud of excitement, and not wanting to lose the moment, Hilario quickly went to his dresser and got out a cassette tape he had held onto for years it seemed. Hilario took some toilet paper and made a spit wad and put it into the end of the cassette tape and put it into the Boombox stereo. Hilario took a deep breath and while hitting the record button, Hilario began to sing…

Not the sound of music

“The say all good things come to an end. They say that believing in good things is where the true joy is. They also say that honesty is best policy.”

The first note to come out of Hilario’s mouth in that moment sounded more like a croak mixed with a shriek of embarrassment. Hilario was caught. He knew that there were only certain secrets kept in the house and Hilario held some of the homes biggest secrets. But here Hilario was, caught using Pedro B Ayala’s stereo without permission singing and recording. How to explain this to the invader of the moment was going to be challenging Hilario knew. So, Hilario quickly jumped up and began to horseplay with his brother in hopes that with all the fun they were having, his brother would forget about the stereo not belonging in the room. The horse-playing continued on full of shrieks, laughs and roughhousing. Regardless of the fun, Hilario didn’t quite have the luck of the stars that day. That particular day, moment more-so, would prove to be a test of survival to Hilario. To Hilario, everyday was life-changing in his life at that age and in that home. And the next moments would prove no different.
“Thump thump thump thump”

Hilario, like everyone in that home, knew what that sound was. Pedro B. Ayala the father was home surprisingly early. The sound of Pedro B. Ayala’s footsteps were deafening with how heavy he walked in the home. Pedro B Ayala walked in so fast that nobody had time to really consider anything.
“and the fucking boards/wood”? Pedro B. Ayala commanded. Hilario and Pedro jr. quickly acted as if horse-playing or otherwise was never happening and both of them scurry on out to the back yard to move a wood pile from one end of the yard to the other end, that was known to be routine. As Hilario goes out back with Pedro jr. Hilario can hear Mary R. Delgado say to Pedro Sr. “Daddy how many chili’s do you want”?

Mary R. Delgado was always known to make Pedro B Ayala’s food for him when Arcada (the mother) was not home. Pedro B. Ayala loved his food made a certain way. He enjoyed lots of chili’s in his food. He liked things with spice! He liked having things his way. All the time. Everybody in the house knew that. Mary R. Delgado could verify that more than anybody…

Music is made to be beautiful right?

Because the next sounds that the recorder picked up that Hilario had forgotten to turn off during the earlier commotion….was a 12 year old girl named: Mary Rebecca Delgado.

And It was Mary Rebecca Delgados voice, while in pain saying:

“Daddy,….stop,…..no,….my stomach…..hurts………daddy, please stop Don’t.”

Pedro B. Ayala is heard making grunting noises. You can hear his hands around her.

It is very hurtful and devastating to listen to.

The original cassette tape was thought to be stolen/lost only to be rediscovered in 2018. It still contains a devastating amount of evidence that includes voices and incidents from ALL of the family members. It still even has Hilario’s original spit-wad on the end of the cassette tape to make it recordable. The tape is full front to back on both sides.
